Problem

程序接收两个整数 n, m，每个在单独的一行 \(0 ，表示一个时间点“n小时m分钟”。确定在表盘上的时针和分针重合之前必须经过的最小完整分钟数，不一定在某个分度处。不要使用真正的算术。

必须在不使用条件运算符（包括不使用 C++ 中的三元运算符 ?:）和/或循环的情况下解决该任务。此外，您不能使用比较运算和逻辑（布尔）数据类型。
