更改最大行

Problem

在 NxM 矩阵中，用值 -1 替换那些包含最大元素的行的所有元素。

输入
第一行包含两个数字 N 和 M (\(0 < N,M <= 10\))。接下来是 N 行，每行 M 个数字 - 矩阵元素（每个元素小于 100）。

印记
输出修改后的矩阵。对于输出中的每个元素，恰好分配 3 个字符（熟悉的空格）。每个数字后面必须跟一个空格字符。
